Is a golden gun actually feasible?
Is it actually possible, melting point of gold aside, to create a Golden Gun of sorts, using only a lighter, cuff link, pen, and cigarette case?

The pen has to be rifled and with a pin in one en to serve as a hammer and a hole to on side to allow a bullet to feed. it has to slide int the cigarette case which serves as a magazine for the bullets, spring loaded at the bottom, gear set at the top to feed the bullets into the chambers and release the hammer. The lighter serves as a handle that snaps into the gear mechanism, a spring in the lighter allowing a cuff link to be inserted to serve as a trigger. Yes it is possible if you take depth of the items into account.
