Is there a difference between cuff links for men and boys?

I've been trying to think of something a little extra to get for my son this Easter to go with his 3 piece suit. The only things I can come up with are cuff links, button covers, or tie clips. I can find them for men, but not for young boys.
Is there a difference?
Do they even exist?
Does anyone know where I could find them?
