Value of Antique Silver Box - circa 1758?

Friends of mine have just discovered an antique silver cuff link(?) box that her mother has. It has a shirt with like a bow tie embellishment on it. It also has the initials JB with the date 1758 on the bottom. Does anyone have a rough estimate of the value of such an item? It is in very good shape for its age.

    Only a person who deals with silver antiques can give you an educated estimate. All other figures are arbitrary and not accurate.
